Our Services
Return 2 Protocol
This option is for motivated individuals who are looking to return to their sport/training, or just the activities they love. This includes:
60-75 minute Evaluation
This involves a movement assessment, Baseline Testing, and time to collaboratively create the plan of care, that works the best for you. This is how we lay the foundation of our plan and of our communication.
Health and Performance Pattern Recognition
Some of the lowest hanging fruit in rehab and training, come from building associations between habits that promote health and performance. By creating easy tracking options, we can start to see the patterns in our daily lives, and how they positively or negatively affect our goals.
1 on 1 Rehab Performance Training
Personalized 1 on 1 instruction in a facility that is designed from the ground up to take you to new heights. The sessions are run out of LIFT Training Collective which boasts a great training environment and has a wide array of equipment. People can select packages of sessions that are either 30 minutes or an hour long depending on what makes the most sense for them.
Remote Performance program
Rehab is just training in the presence of injury, so you get a program that allows you to do just that. This program is customized to you based on your schedule, accessible equipment, life stressors, goals, injuries/injury history, or anything else that will give you an edge. This includes video exercise demo’s, personalized programming and access to our patient portal which allows you to message us at anytime based on any questions you have about your program, injury, or anything in between.
Remote Performance Option
For those who aren’t in the area but still want access to the highest quality performance training. This includes:
60 min Consultation/Onboarding meeting
This is to create a collaborative plan, identify road blocks that could prevent us from reaching our goals down the road, and acclimate us to the app/check in process.

Frequently Asked Questions

We are considered an out of network provider, meaning we don't directly accept insurance. This is what allows us to create and provide the best possible treatment that you deserve. This includes longer more attentive sessions, 24/7 access to us through our patient portal, and a true rehab program for you to do outside of our sessions.
Even though we don't directly take insurance many patients still get reimbursed from their insurance companies and can use their HSA.
If you call your insurance company and ask about "your out of network physical therapy benefits" they will be able to give you a run down of what your options are. Many times they may reimburse you for some if not all of your PT services, especially if you have a PPO (instead of an HMO).
We will give you all of the information necessary for you to get reimbursed.

Traditional Physical therapy often falls short during the rehab process. You may have a physical therapist with 4 different patients at a time, a plan of care that is focused on modalities (heat, ice, massage ect.) and a cheap print out of some exercises to do at home... if your lucky.
Our approach starts with a one hour session where we perform an Evaluation which includes a movement screen, and put together a collaborative plan of care that will work for you. If you have a say in your care, chances are it is better suited for you and you're more likely to follow through with it.
Then you will be able to purchase packages of 1 on 1 sessions that are either 30 minutes or an hour, depending on your personal need. During these sessions we train the injured area as well as the surrounding area. Most people are afraid to train in the presence of injury, but it is one of the most beneficial things your body can do!
You also receive a remote rehab plan. This is going to look more like a training program since rehab is training in the presence of injury. This will include video demonstrations of all exercises, personalized notes within your program, and 24/7 access to me through your patient portal. Here I will be able to answer any questions you have about your rehab program or any questions you have about the process in general.
Having a physical therapists who understands the demands of the sport or the activity that you want to return to is key. One of the ways that we separate ourselves, is we understand what the demands of sport can be, and the rigor that it takes to return from injury. With an in depth understanding of human biomechanics, strength and conditioning, skill acquisition, and general adaptation syndrome we will get you from injury, to performing past your previous best.
